The Nevada Chapter of the American Planning Association represents more than 300 professional planners, employed by both the public and private sectors, as well as planning students, planning commissioners, elected officials and citizens in planning. As of the Winter Quarter 2011, the Nevada Chapter membership totaled 319  members. Membership is primarily comprised of Regular members (73%), Planning Officials (19%), Student (4%) members. 45% of the Chapter Membership are AICP members.
